This form will ask you certain questions about your current skin care, as well as your lifestyle and medical history.
Anyone who is a candidate for this procedure will get age-defying results, but those who eat healthy, drink lots of water, avoid too much sunlight and exercise regularly tend to get the most dramatic results.
We recommend you make a list of any skin care products you use, along with any medications you may be taking. Although rare, some individuals may experience a temporary reaction to the Aloe Vera-based Skin Support creme that is used during the procedure. This is not harmful and tends to be limited to some with ultra-sensitive skin.
